Leading Your EYFS with Confidence

An in-depth course delivered over two days for EYFS leaders who want to create and embed a vision for learning and teaching across their team

Description

A leadership role within a school is challenging and rewarding. It offers the opportunity to make a greater difference, being able to inspire and influence others by supporting, guiding and mentoring the quality of teaching and learning.

This two-day programme, for both new and current EYFS leaders, will explore effective ways to develop a shared understanding of what is quality practice within EYFS and effective strategies to improve teaching across a team.

With lots of opportunities for discussion, participants will reflect on their own expertise and enrich their professional knowledge of outstanding early years, as they focus on how to shape actions for the future development of their EYFS.

Delegates will be invited to complete a gap task and will also receive additional resources to use back in school to enrich learning.

Benefits

  • Greater confidence and practical ideas to help you strategically manage your role
  • To establish a clear view of quality in the EYFS and consider how to successfully lead change
  • Tools for use as part of staff development or mentoring
