Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you. Examples of the types of companies include; deliveries, IT support and audit. Each of these external companies has a contract with us which confirms how they handle your information and is restricted so that they can only use this information to provide services to Early Excellence and to you and not for any other reason.

Where We Store and Transfer Your Personal Data
The data that we collect from you is stored on secure servers which reside in the United Kingdom. Certain data for emails may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Email contact details may be transferred to “The Rocket Science Group” whom we have agreements in place with to ensure data is handled by them in line with EU Data Protection Law. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
