Cheryl Sargeant

Curriculum Consultant & EYFS/KS1 Trainer

Cheryl is a key member of our team with over 24 years of primary education experience, supporting school improvement across schools, MATs and settings. An accomplished trainer, she helps build practitioner confidence, strengthen continuous provision and improve outcomes for children. Cheryl has extensive expertise in developing high-quality, evidence-informed EYFS and Key Stage 1 curricula, pedagogy and learning environments. She has taught across EYFS to Year 6 and held leadership roles including Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Early Years Leader. Cheryl also served as an NPQEYL Facilitator, supporting early years leaders to enhance curriculum design and leadership practice.
