In this session we will guide you through practical strategies to ensure that your provision is meaningfully connected to your curriculum. We will look at practical ways to use your provision to teach and embed foundational skills and knowledge.
Session 4: The Whole Picture: Exploring Meaningful Assessment in the Early Years
In this session we will reflect on how assessment underpins a responsive, well-sequenced curriculum. We will review how to meaningfully capture children’s learning journey, exploring ways to capture valuable baseline information and to support effective transitions.
