A leadership role within a school is challenging and rewarding. It offers the opportunity to make a greater difference, being able to inspire and influence others by supporting, guiding and mentoring the quality of teaching and learning. 

Join us for this in-depth course, delivered either over two days or as a five-part webinar package, to explore effective ways to develop a shared understanding of what is quality practice within EYFS and effective strategies to improve teaching across a team.  

With lots of opportunities for discussion, participants will be able to gain new knowledge, discuss shared concerns and reflect on their own expertise and practice, as they enrich their professional knowledge of outstanding early years and focus on how to shape actions for the future development of their EYFS.

Leadership and Learning in the EYFS

To consider what leadership and learning means in the EYFS.

Leading Change in the EYFS

To establish a clear view of quality in the EYFS and develop confidence to work with others and lead change. 

Leadership Challenges and Opportunities

To consider the challenges and opportunities for leadership in the EYFS.

Delegates will be invited to complete gap tasks and will also receive additional resources to use back in school to enrich learning.
