Join us for this series of three webinars or a full day course which have been specifically designed to support Headteachers, Deputies and Senior Leaders who wish to deepen their understanding of early years education.

A unique opportunity to ensure that you feel more confident as an advocate for the education experiences of the youngest children in school and better equipped to lead and develop practice across the team.

Understanding how Young Children Learn
In this session we explore the core principles of early learning and development – reflecting on how, as leaders, we need to use this knowledge to shape our vision of quality provision and practice.

Understanding the EYFS
In this session we explore the statutory requirements of the EYFS and consider how the core principles of the EYFS Framework underpin your early years curriculum.

Understanding Quality Practice and Provision 
In this session we look at a range of practical strategies to support leaders in their evaluation of practice and provision and secure strong outcomes for children.
