Whether you are embarking on opening provision for this age group, or looking to evaluate and improve your current offer, this course offers support, practical advice and inspirational ideas on how to develop your provision for 2-3yr old children.
Join us for this course which is either offered as a full day event or as a programme of three webinars and has been designed to provide insightful CPD opportunities for your early years team.
We will draw on the latest research evidence and unpick the statutory requirements for this age group. You will also receive additional resources to use back in school and to enrich your learning and support developments.
Focusing on key aspects of pedagogy and provision, the session themes are:

We will reflect on the specific statutory requirements for this age group and explore core child development theories and relevant research.

We will consider how to develop an effective and nurturing environment, which promotes a broad range of learning opportunities for young children.

We will explore strategies to successfully develop positive relationships to improve the quality of adult: child interactions.
